I am still working on my TR-3 rig. Bill is sending
me a 40 meter xtal. I am not always getting the V1 6EA8 to OSC to work
especially on the 10 meter bands it acts flakey. I find that the 6.3 heater
voltage is around 4.3 volts on all 6 volt tubes the 12.6 volt reading is
fine. I am not sure how the 6.3 voltage is drived and feel that might be
the problem. . Simple I know. I am just a IT tech person what do I
know. Any help would be appreciated
