I ordered a couple of transistors for my TR7 yesterday and got a call from
RFPARTs today telling me they no longer carry the MRF476 that's used in the
predriver board. I checked all the other usual sources (Mouser, Digikey,
Allied, Newark) and had no luck finding one. Anyone know of another source
for the Motorola transistors?
