I had to replace the ECL MC10138 aka U9013 on that board and I did find some
but as Garey said, you have to buy quantities. There was a couple of
outfits that would sell me 10 of them for around 10 bucks each, so if you
pop for the batch, you could probably sell the other 7 or 8 on the
Drakelist! I was lucky enough to buy just the one I needed from Bill here
on the Drakelist for a reasonable 10 bucks including shipping. That did fix
the DR-7 board after hours of troubleshooting with freeze mist. Good luck
with the search, if you strike out, I can send you the phone numbers of the
semiconductor outfits I contacted,

Unfortunately, those 10,000 series ECL ICs are about the most unobtainium
parts in the 7 Line, (aside from the AF/RF/Power Switch)!
The Semiconductor "brokers" have thousands of them, but they want to sell
them in thousand lots too. Some of the series (or equivalents) are
available still in surface mount, so it might be feasible to "make" a
replacement that way.
Please let us know if you come up with a source or solution!
