Thanks to all for your suggestions. I replaced the regulator IC, zener
diode and two failed pass transistors and my PS7 is back! This time I did
not cross the wires when I hooked up to my homemade 12V distribution block
and the PS7 is now powering all the 12V stuff in my shack. Now I need to
figure out a way to switch the TR7 fan off because it runs when the rig is
off. Guess I could replace it with a 12V fan which may be easier than a
switch. Then I could put the 110V fan from the TR7 on the PS7
