I have a B-Line, fairly late, that had a "sorta" textured paint. It's
not really a wrinkle, but definitely not the smooth finish on the 3/4/A
units. I've seen others as well. It is different than the epoxy finish
used on the C-Line however.

Ken,
The TR-3 paint was smooth, I am fairly certain the epoxy " bumpy "
paint didnt show up until the C-Line, TR-4C, etc.
