I have an R4C and T4XC that I love dearly. However, as I was passing the rigs one day, I turned them on as I went to answer the phone. Twenty minutes later, when I got back to the radios, I realized that I had put the transmitter into tune mode. The finals, while not happy, check out okay. However, when I turn the radio on and tune up I get 100 watts or so output initially, but after about five minutes (or when the radio gets to operating temp.) the output goes to zero. Any thoughts as to what damage I have caused? Could it be as simple as a bad CR19 diode? Any help will be appreciated.
