Probably not CR19. A lot depends upon whether the RF TUNE and PLATE
controls were tuned for Max and Min respectively while you were gone!
The transmitter is perfectly capable of running in TUNE mode (or CW for
that matter) for 20 minutes with no damage, IF tuned properly. The
screen voltage is dropped in TUNE mode to limit the plate current of the
finals.
You may have damaged the cathodes of the 6JB6s, or they may have gone a
bit gassy. If subbing the finals doesn't resolve the problem, (or even
if it does,) I would check R44, R53, R54 and R59 for starters.
