I don't know if ARRL knows about it. I would think that they would be heads up on this sort of thing. I don't know who to tell, or ask it they knew. The HOA's have too many young officers at the helm that like to exercise their almost absolute power to tell a neighbor NO YOU CAN'T DO THAT OR WE WILL SLAP A LEIN ON YOUR PROPERTY. It tickles me in such a grand manner that they have nothing to say about a neighbor having a tower and beam right in their bedroom window.
