"James B Davis" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> made an utterance to the drakelist gang ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Larry,
I don't think there will be court challenges because it would have to be on the basis of an Association doing the challenge and they don't have the funds for some lawyer to make any money off of it. The individual officers don't have the money to take it to court either. There are a few hams who aren't as redneck as I am that won't put up a tower and beam just to be nice to a neighbor. I have already told all my neighbors to look for a tower and beam to go up at my QTH because I can do it within the law now. The attitude from them was "we could care less". I am not worried about any challenge. The young grads will be all over this one. We're looking at a more modest approach here in PA. Hope to get a bill thru both houses soon. 30 years ago I just put up a 40' Rohn25. No HOA, CC&Rs in our mishmash neighborhood, fortunately. 73 Larry K3VX / VP2MVX -------------- Original message ---------------------- From: "James B Davis" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Lee, > > > > I don't know if ARRL knows about it.
