Good question Garey. Of course from full power. But 45 dB is just an
estimation. I will measure it more accurate. At least it is MUCH improved,
as in initally I found out the problem by people reporting that I was almost
producing AM hi!
I guess you are right about C320, I see that as the actual cause! You
deserve a statue Garey ;)

Cool!  Grounding is critical in several areas of the TR-7, so that would
certainly help.

The problem with C320 is probably a result of high ESR, or AC 
impedance.   An electrolytic can measure good on a capacitance meter and 
still have a high ESR.

Carrier suppression should be better than 60 dB below full output.  You say
yours is 45 dB down, but you don't say down from what!?!?  :-)
