Good question Garey. Of course from full power. But 45 dB is just an estimation. I will measure it more accurate. At least it is MUCH improved, as in initally I found out the problem by people reporting that I was almost producing AM hi! I guess you are right about C320, I see that as the actual cause! You deserve a statue Garey ;)
