What may or?may not be obvious is that this second screen is actually shipping costs PLUS seller defined?handling costs.??From the first screen,?one might conclude that only?the?actual, valid shipping costs are being calculated.? Not so.? It is a minor wording issue but it enables some less than reputable individuals to capture added profit (over and above even reasonable handling costs) under the guise?of shipping costs.? ?
