I have purchased many of the INRAD filters for my R-4C's and have been
totally happy with them. Two things come to mind comparing the Drake
filters, one the INRAD filters are brand new and many times no more
expensive then used filters that someone has pulled from R-4C's they are
selling. Two, you can get a variety of selectivity's that were not offered
by Drake such as the 1.8 kHz ssb filter. Unless you get a good deal on a
known good filter, go with INRAD. By the way I have been stung on used
filters before.
