Peter et al,
I'm not sure that information is correct. The 3-500Z has a 5.0 volt filament, not 12.0 v; it is supplied by the filament transformer in the RF deck, not via the L4 power supply. Also, the secondary voltage will see variations based upon the input voltage, e.g. 210 v versus 220 v versus 230 v etc. so the meter reading on the secondary will reflect this. 73, Evan -----Original Message----- From: Alterman, Peter (NIH/CIT) [E] <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Wed, 26 Mar 2008 9:04 am Subject: RE: [drakelist] PS L4/l7 "Alterman, Peter (NIH/CIT) [E]" made an utterance to the drakelist gang ---------------------------------------------------------------------- rating on the secondary of the L4 PS is 2500v. I see 2600v on my meter. Also 12v filaments on the 3-500Zs and 6.3v for the panel lights :-) ---------------------------- Peter Alterman, Ph.D. Asst.
