PS I'm not sure that secondary voltage is correct. The rectifier circuit is a voltage doubler. If the secondary voltage of the transformer were 2500, then the doubler would produce someting in the 5 kv range, clearly outside the ratings of the capacitors in the supply as well as components in the RF deck.
