Remote sensing is one of the configurations shown in the Motorola
MC1723C data sheet. Since the cable is captively attached to the PS-7,
why not? MIght be fun to try. It's one of those things I thought I
might try "someday". I imagine this would be best on a non-split cable.
Sensing the high current rail only could possibly cause a little
overshoot on the low current wire. Let us know your results. They will
be assimilated into the collective. Resistance is futile.
