The DR-7 has two 5-volt regulators - U9033 and U9034, bolted to the frame of
the radio. U9033 feeds the counter, U9034 the display. Both are fed from the
+12. Easy to check, easy and cheap to replace.

Also suspect are those pesky oxidized Molex pins and connectors. Especially
suspect if the rig has been in storage for 20 years.

Also check the +24v from the PS board, this is vital to the VCO. It's normal
for the -5v to read low.
