Per suggestions and notes in the CD, I measured voltage at the mute terminals using VTVM. RF gain at max the voltage is 7VDC, RF gain at minumum it is 15 VDC. Removing V1, V2, V4, or V5 makes no difference. The AVC is set per the instructions. Any other ideas?
