Guy -
If the S-Meter is not registering, it's more likely that the problem is
further up. What position is the R-7 ANTENNA switch in? It's antenna
comes through the TR-7, so there could be a dirty contact, bad cable,
etc. in that area.

The audio on the Drake R7 has suddenly dropped up to a point where the
S-Meter does not move anymore. There is some audio that comes out of
it, but it is very weak. Actually it is less than the TR7 audio. I
checked the resistance on the S-Meter and it works fine. I clean some
of the contacts with dioxine and saw no differences. Although it may
not have a direct link, my transmit signal is still excellent.

concern of mine.
