FWIW Jeff, WA8SAJ, used a "blank" from the end of a CD pack to recreate a B 
line dial.  QST Feb 2005 H&K.  Not a perfect fit, but it sounds like it worked 
out pretty well.

No, it's not HARD at all, IF you have a way to cut smooth 'donuts' out 
of Plexiglas AND are willing to make silk screens and able to screen the 
Plexiglas well enough to suit!  A screen that would be fine for a 
T-shirt probably wouldn't be 'clean' enough at the 18" viewing distance 
to suit most Drake owners.

All for an essentially unknown volume of sales.

I haven't given up!
