Those are 9 pin plugs, not the four pin plugs used in the SPR-4. These
are like the accessory plugs on the rear deck of all the Drake
receivers, etc.
The other NB all use a single 7 pin plug 'minature tube' plug, similar
to the 9 Pin types in this ad.

If it is where do I get one? Can I just replace it with a length of
plastic insulated unshielded wire? Does it have to be shielded? Is
