That is odd if the relay is sticking like that, I don't think the relay is the
issue. But you can get the exact replacement from Relay Specialties, look up
Potter@Brumfield part number R10-E1Y4-V2.5K.
Not sure what they cost now. I suspect a good deal but not sure.
Wonder if anyone else sells them?
Anyone else know?

I would look that relay over pretty carefully. About the only way it
could be "hanging" is if is veryt dirty or the spring is corroded or
similar. If that is not the case, then perhaps the driving tube is bad
(6EV7 in a TR-4). My bet is on the tube.
