Yes. I manage to run Unreal with a 4 Mb ATI Rage Mobility. You really
need to turn off most of the settings that take memory since one can
only use the onboard memory, i.e, low resolution textures, no
multitexturing, etc.

I confess that at this moment, the UT software rendering is sometimes
faster than DRI rendering due to this memory bandwidth constraints.
