I've been meaning to rip out all the code related to PCIGART_ENABLED for
a while, but if you beat me to it that's fine with me. :)

Can you verify this is still needed with the current DRI trunk (or
mesa-4-0-4-branch, which will go into XFree86 4.3.0)? It seems that
macro has been changed to only serve statistical purposes without any
impact on behaviour.
