Summary: Video for World of Warcraft cinematic not displayed. Product: Mesa Version: CVS Platform: x86 (IA32) OS/Version: Linux (All) Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: medium Component: Drivers/DRI/r200 AssignedTo: dri-devel@lists.sourceforge.net ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Run World of Warcraft in OpenGL mode / Wine 0.9.42 or 0.9.43, and play the Cinematic from the login screen. (You don't actually need to login to reproduce this.) Running under git Mesa OpenGL, there is a large white patch where the video should be, although you can still hear the sound. The cinematic plays properly if you configure Warcraft to use Direct3D instead. It also plays in OpenGL mode on another Linux machine with Wine 0.9.42 that is using the ATI 8.40.4 fglrx driver. I am hoping that fixing this will also fix another issue in WoW that you *do* need to login to see, namely that the minimap is equally blank/white indoors in OpenGL mode, but works properly in Direct3D mode. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.freedesktop.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug, or are watching the assignee. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc.
