We have one - the OpenSolaris Architecture community.

The ZFS team has no such rights. Like all OpenSolaris community members,
they can participate in ARC discussions and raise issues, but only an ARC
member (in the OpenSolaris case, a Core Contributor of the Architecture
Community Group) can derail a case - but derail doesn't stop it, just slows
it down, moving it from the fasttrack to a full review. A ZFS team member
has to convince one of those ARC members to derail the case if it's going
to cause a problem.
