I am not that familiar with sd.conf file. Maybe there is sth. wrong in the format. But let's first make sure if it is caused by format issue. Could you remove the content for the old mp3 device and only keep the content for the new one? If the reason for the failure is the same, the same workaround should work for the new device. Or there might be other issue.
