ok, i had these lines in sd.conf:

#sd-config-list = "USB2.0  (FS) FLASH DISK", "usb_with_nvcache";
sd-config-list = "USB2.0  (HS) FLASH DISK", "usb_with_nvcache";
usb_with_nvcache=1,0x40000,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,1;

with theses choices, my new key isn't monted by the system
it seems to be another issue,
