Hi!

The two stopping points on this right now are:

1) The current discovery API is just bad (you have to have a cached FRM to use it).
2) We need an improved find_files engine call.

I would be OK with this. I wanted to avoid keeping dictionary information in PBXT, but then I was forced to do it, when implementing foreign keys... So I have all this stuff already.
