Hi again! Hmm, this seems odd. I haven't touched the build system for Drizzle itself.
You're using Ubuntu right? I would suspect that libdrizzle's shared library should be installed in /usr/local/lib/ by default... perhaps something might have gone funky with configure. What I recommend doing is specifying the libdrizzle location with "--with-libdrizzle-prefix=" and see what you get. On my end, I'll merge the BlitzDB tree with the current Drizzle trunk and try and pickup any changes to the build system since my last merge...
