FWIW, I've never heard a good argument for not having a primary key on
a table. Ever.
Haven't I been saying we should require these?
We can use hidden ones, like I pointed out in the earlier email, but I
suspect we would be better off just requiring them.
This might fall into the bucket of "no hidden magic".
