Andrea Bollini commented on DS-236:
-----------------------------------

I have just committed in the SANDBOX the jspui/postgres porting with the
following additions/changes:
- the browsing system now takes care of the authority key values, allowing
therefore the creation of browse indexes dedicated to "certified" metadata but
also authority-enabled browsings based on the traditional indexes where
metadata having or not an authority key can coexist;
- there is a new Interface (AuthorityVariantsSupport) that can be implemented
by Choice plugins that want to support variant forms based on their authority
values (i.e. Mark Twain and Samuel Langhorne Clemens will be treated as
equivalent in the browsing and searching system)

> Authority Control, and plug-in choice control for Metadata Fields
