The sandbox (see first comment) has just been updated with what I expect to be
the final version of this code. Reworked much of the logic around
"confidence" values, adding a specific value ("UNSET") for the DB default. The
admin UI allows authority keys to be edited manually. Code to generate the
AJAX responses for choices is now shared between JSPUI and XMLUI (which fixed
some JSPUI bugs).
If you were running a previous version of the sandbox code and wish to keep
using it, send me mail for instructions on updating your DB. The old
confidence values have to be changed.
