The XMLUI will now check for the "statistics.item.authorization.admin" to
verify whether the statistics can be displayed.
I have also updated the comment for this parameter, because it had a rather
vague description.
I would also suggest renaming the parameter from
"statistics.item.authorization.admin" to e.g.
"statistics.authorization.adminonly". But I didn't do any renaming of the param
yet.
