Tested this locally and everything appears to work. The update discovery
command updates discovery as requested.
You might want to check up on the fact if your discovery solr is up & running,
do this by going to http://127.0.0.1:8080/solr/search/select?q=*:* this should
return an xml that contains the total number of hits & the first 10 results.
