I didn't want to push, given that it might not be the best timing for
a voluminous patch that moves and removes a lot of stuff, touching
several modules and several POMs.  But if people want it soonest, that
would be fine with me.

OK, I sent a query into management space and was told that my plugin
doesn't need to live here.  Thank you.

Is there an example I should look at?  I pulled the POM for
maven-dspace-plugin and didn't find any mention of a "sonatype parent
pom".  (BTW that POM also says that the source lives at Google Code?
Or is dspace-sandbox.googlecode.com some kind of alias?)

The plugin currently claims an Apache license v2 since I thought that
would best fit a Maven plugin.  Does that cause any problems?
