The plugin is there, and its packaging is about as polished up as I can make it, but several issues remain: o <url> and <issueManagement> both point to file:///dev/null because I don't know where they should point. o groupId is edu.iupui.ulib.maven, which fits the package name (Sonatype wants that) but not the hosting site (Sonatype also wants that).
