talking about the combination of the filtering and concatenation, or even
one part of it?
Don't forget that there are multiple phases in a Maven build, so it may be
possible to do this by using a combination of existing plugins in different
phases - ie. concatenating a file in generate-sources /
generate-test-sources, and then filtering when the resulting file is copied.
Although assuming there was a choice, it's something of a gamble as to which
approach would be more stable, reliable and least time consuming in the
future.
