It will be there. I expect it to include:
1) Supported by all themes in XMLUI including Mirage.
2) Configurable option to get the license name at submission time.
3) Configurable option to get the license name at curation time (for
fetchCCData task)
4) Some refactoring to manage the case where there might be existing rights
data so that it is not overwritten.
5) JSPUI -- either fix regression or integrate to the jspui.
