This feature would be valuable to Princeton University. We have many graduate
dissertations under embargo and frequently receive requests for access. At the
moment the requests go to the DSpace admin (me) and I forward each one to the
appropriate library staff who then respond to the request. It would save time
and effort if those requests could go directly to the library staff and, in
other cases, if we had the ability to route the request directly to the author.
