I would like to customize the submission workflow and the fields that appear
for a bunch of collections falling under one (1) top-level community.
>From the documentation, I see you can only assign a submission workflow
>definition or input form using a collection handle. This means I have to re-do

Is there any way I can assign a submission workflow using a community handle so
all collections falling under it are affected?
