I'm not part of the Dspace development team, just a user. So I'm not *sure 
*that 
you need to enable the https support but I believe is the right direction 
to fix the problem. 
Regarding the logs, I'll try to help you as much as I can if you send them. 
The paths for the logs are on this link

already sent you twice. Keep in mind that this mailing list is not some 
kind of customer support, only a community of users where we try to help 
each other as much as we can.
