I may have misinterpreted the information I saw about Tomcat. It's possible that the bug was only filed against 4.0.4, not actually fixed in that release. The bug appears to have been closed on the 16th Nov 2004 - that would be 2 months after version 4.1.31 was released. Can you try upgrading to a new version of Tomcat?
