Several spots in the dspace 1.5.1 manual say to run
[dspace]/bin/install-configs when you make changes to dspace.cfg.
I don't seem to have that file on our dspace server (RHEL5), the dir
listing for [dspace]/bin starts with buildpath.bat, checker..index-update,
log-reporter.update-handle-prefix.
Any suggestions?
