This is 1.4 stuff that needs to be removed. The correct way to
update/install config files in 1.5 is to run:

ant init_configs

in:

[dspace-source]/dspace/target/dspace-1.5.x-build.dir

(ie. the build dir you run your other ant targets from)

Note that if you plan to run this every time you change dspace.cfg
then your changes should be made in
[dspace-source]/dspace/config/dspace.cfg, not [dspace]/....
