Hi Stephen

I'm running 1.5 but I imagine it would be the same. I believe that the
steps are (and please correct me on this anyone, I'd actually like to
clarify this for myself):

1. make changes to [dspace-source]/dspace/config/dspace.cfg
2. from the [dspace-source]/dspace directory, run "mvn package"
3. from the generated
[dspace-source]/dspace/target/dspace-1.5.x-build.dir directory, run "ant
init_configs"

This works for me but the mvn step may be superfluous, I'm not sure.
Hope this helps.

Kind regards
Gary

        Subject: [Dspace-tech] install-configs in 1.5.1

Several spots in the dspace 1.5.1 manual say to run
[dspace]/bin/install-configs when you make changes to dspace.cfg.

I don't seem to have that file on our dspace server (RHEL5), the
dir listing for [dspace]/bin starts with buildpath.bat,
checker....index-update, log-reporter...update-handle-prefix.

        Any suggestions?
