On a different machine, I managed to successfully follow all the steps at:

But I don't see any way to add embargo data to a collection.
I did see in the document that 'currently you have to edit the
embargoselectprofile database table'.
But what do I change? Mine looks like this:
dspace=> SELECT * FROM embargoselectprofile;

------------+--------------+------+------------------
