Hi dspace-tech folks: I am looking for a way to let a particular group of users, let's call them "community managers", manage user permissions for collections within their community. Using standard DSpace authorizations we can give users the ability to create collections within the community but not to grant submission rights to other users for the communities they have created.
Is this possible under DSpace (version 1.5.1, xmlui)? Or has anyone developed any mechanisms for accomplishing this outside of the core DSpace code?
