Hi Joseph, As helix84 rightly states, it sounds like the Millennium ILS actually is not fully conforming to OAI-PMH & that their harvester is invalid.
However, if you cannot get them to change their harvester in the near term, you can go into your DSpace instance and *disable* all other metadataFormats (temporarily or permanently, depending on your needs). Obviously, this may not be the best solution if others are harvesting your DSpace instance using one of the other metadata formats. To disable all other metadata formats, you'd edit this config file: [dspace]/config/oaicat.properties In that config, you'd comment out every line starting with "Crosswalks", *except* for the one that enables the "oai_dc" crosswalk. Crosswalks.oai_dc=org.dspace.app.oai.OAIDCCrosswalk Then, you'd restart your Tomcat. At that point, you should only have an "oai_dc" crosswalk. If you wish to re-enable the other formats later on, you can obviously go back into that file to uncomment any additional Crosswalks you wish to enable. - Tim On 5/31/2012 4:16 AM, helix84 wrote: > Hi Jospeh, > > I believe that the harvester does not conform to the OAI-PMH > specification and better be fixed.
