A collection was unrestricted but the items in the collection are still
restricted. Looking around at the postgres tables and knowing the handle of the
items in question, can I just:
( sudo code)
$a = select resource_id from handle where handle= <one of the handles in
question>
update resourcepolicy set resourcepolicy.epersongroup_id=0
where resourcepolicy.resource_id = $a and resourcepolicy.epersongroup_id=1
This assumes
resourcepolicy.epersongroup_id = 1 means administrator (hence restricted)
and
resourcepolicy.epersongroup_id=0 means anonymous
