You mean to say I have to first uninstall tomcat and reconfigure it again
and DSpace too. Are you sure by doing this I won't loss my data. Once I had
upgraded dspace 1.7 to 1.8 and the worst case is that I lost my data. :(
Now I had freshly installed this on a server, there were no error generated
for past 6 months. I have to rethink about re-installation. Is there no
other option ?
One thing I remember is that I had changed the SMTP mail server IP twice as
there was problem with our mail servers and now I had finally shifted to
the old IP on 8th Sep 2012 and on 11 Sep 2012, I got this error. I dont
think there's any connection its strange that next day I am not able to get
the DSpace web-page.
Can you guide me why is this HTTP 404 error generating ?
